Since one-week entire formalities have completed but a refund of paid premium still could not be made by the concerned company cum bank. Think about the gravity of the situation that to cheat only five minutes were taken but to refund they are taking more than usual time. Vide attached
According to the report of Sub-inspector-Ground to cancel the insurance policy is whatever promised differed from the documents made available. Today is 16/09/2020 and exchanged documents returned by the aggrieved Keshav Pratap Singh on 01/09/2020. Which means 16 days passed i.e. again a breach of trust on the part of the insurance company.

Think about the gravity of the situation that to cheat only five minutes were taken but to refund they are taking more than usual time. When the entire formalities are completed, then why, concerned staffs are procrastinating on the issue of refund. Undoubtedly matter invites F.I.R. as required under the law because there must be fear of penal action among the law breakers.

Assurances of Max Life Insurance and Axis Bank are not being fulfilled repeatedly but accountable government functionaries are mute spectators.
Here this question arises that why Max Life Insurance and Axis Bank are not fulfilling their assurances made to consumers as such practice will decrease their dignity in the public and they will be proved cheater in the society. They must enhance the credibility of their business through honest dealings.
When aggrieved applicant Keshaw Pratap Singh returned the documents as sought by the Max Life Insurance company on 31/08/2020 and according to report of police sub-inspector Bank manager had assured to refund the amount into Bank account within 10 days and today is 17/09/2020 which means 17 days passed and paid premium was not refunded still by the concerned insurance company and Bank. Whether it is not criminal breach of trust.
