Ashutosh Kumar Yadav /your applicant suffered  loss of Rs. 828.00 because of laxity and arbitrariness of bank staffs  Bank-Punjab National Bank ,Civil lines ,Mirzapur.

With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that aforesaid bank arbitrarily opened the Atal Pension Yojana (A.P.Y.)  on my account and your applicant submitted several applications both in written and oral to close it and return the arbitrarily deducted amount to the account of your applicant  since the date message sent on the mobile of the applicant. Date of message sent on the Mobile of your applicant -02-03-2016 at the time-5:25:17.
Mobile number of your applicant-7398714759 .
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that Account number of your applicant-3866000100101642 and Hon’ble Sir may be pleased to take a glance of attached documents in which copy of passbook along with transactions detail is annexed. It is most surprising that  your applicant is a student who have no source of income consequently can’t open any account under the scheme launched by government of India in which monthly premium is required to be deposited.
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that Bank Manager of aforesaid branch was compelling and threatening  your applicant that this scheme has been launched by the prime minister office so it is compulsory for all account holders who fulfil such criteria may provide premiums under the scheme otherwise their account will be closed . Which is sheer unjustified and unconstitutional.
This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook  the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.
                           ‘Yours  sincerely

  1. 2. Really great injustice but who cares in this anarchy? Whether an account holder can be subjected to mental through banking institutions in order to get their participation in the Atal pension scheme. How a student will manage such accounts as no source of income.
