Hon’ble Sir the process carried out by the Government of India in recruitment sailors in navy is not credible so resentment against such process is growing among masses. No candidates were issued call letter applied from Mirzapur district Uttar Pradesh while hundreds of candidates applied for sailors recruitment from this district.

Hon’ble Sir if enquiry may be carried out ,I will provide the name of 50 candidates from Mirzapur district who applied for sailors recruitment but not provided opportunity to appear in the exam. Such practice is quite common every year.
With due respect your applicant wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that Bajarangi Prasad Mishra acquired more than 85 percent marks in intermediate exam and submitted the form for sailors recruitment but his application was not shortlisted for exam.
Hon’ble Sir-Again your applicant submitted three times online submission but unfortunately website didn’t accept the entries. Hon’ble Sir really there is need of patience if some one wants to submit online form for India navy.
How many times an applicant may submit application ? Please take a glance of submitted application but not accepted by website of Indian navy. Really this is Indian army on which we are proud. Fifty percent candidates are unsuccessful in submitting online application.
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that Anjaney Shukla S/O Mr. Sachchida Nand Shukla got more than 75 %marks in intermediate applied for sailors recruitment exam was not short listed for the exam. Hon’ble Sir may be pleased to take a glance of attached documents.
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that Dharm Veer Gautam S/O Mr. Radhey Shyam Gautam got more than 68 %marks in intermediate belongs to scheduled class category applied for sailors recruitment exam was not short listed for the exam. Hon’ble Sir may be pleased to take a glance of attached documents. Similarly Sandeep Kumar S/O Lalmani faced the same fate.
4-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that why does navy ask the candidates to submit the online form by ordinary post so that there may be no accountability in cancelling the candidature arbitrarily.
5-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that whether aggrieved aspirants have no right to know the cause of non shortlisting of their candidature. Whether navy can issue merit list on its website so that candidate may satisfy from arbitrary dealings of navy staffs. Whether it is feasible that in Mirzapur district no one having such qualification that they may be shortlisted for the sailors exam.
Sandeep Maura got more than 92%mark in his intermediate exam but not shortlisted for the sailors recruitment why?
This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.
