Applicant wants feedback regarding renewal of Debit card issued by S.B.I. but concerned staff misled showing arbitrariness

The matter concerns with the grievance registered on the public grievance portal app Government of India with the registration number 010 92 of the year 2021 dated 5th January. DEABD/E/2021/01092 Report of the bank attached to the grievance.
It is most unfortunate that concerned staff at the State Bank of India did not understand the contents of the submitted grievance. Therefore it could not be feasible for them to redress the grievance of the applicant. Here the matter is concerned with the issued debit card renewal by the State Bank of India which will expire in February 2021 so aggrieved is seeking the renewal of ATM card. According to the available feedback on the internet renewal process after ATM card in State Bank of India is automatic and they provide the new card in 2 months advance before the expiry date of the debit card so I have made this complaint. But they could not understand my grievance and provide a cryptic answer which is not acceptable to the applicant.

The validity of my S.B.I. A debit card is up to date Feb-2021 and following feedback regarding renewal of Debit card is available on the internet. Please note that the Debit Cards whose validity is about to get expired is renewed automatically from back-end by the Bank. The renewed Card will have a new number i.e., different from the number of the existing Card and will also have a new PIN.
The renewed Card is sent to customers 2 to 3 months in advance. Please note that the existing Card will not be renewed if, at the time of renewal,

Therefore it could not be feasible for them to redress the grievance of the applicant. Here the matter is concerned with master card issued by the State Bank of India which will expire in February 2021 so aggrieved is seeking the renewal of ATM card. According to the available feedback on the internet renewal process of the ATM card in State Bank of India is automatic and they provide the new card 2 months advance before the renewal so I have made this complaint but they could not reduce my grievance and provide a cryptic answer which is not acceptable to the applicant. They had to disclose the process but they did not do so. Such cryptic approaches of the concerned staff of the State Bank of India always create hurdle to consumers.

Undoubtedly it is the reflection of the complete mis management in the administration of State Bank of India and most surprising that even after the representation they did not take any constructive step in the matter.

Here agrieved applicant has sought the feedback regarding the renewal of the debit card which was issued to the applicant and this debit card has to expire in February 2021 so if automatic renewal process is enforced by the State Bank of India then they had to provide the new debit card with minor change as available information on the internet so for confirmation aggrieved applicant has submitted the the application before them but they could not understand the contents of the submitted grievance.

It seems that they have made practice to harass the customers through their tyrant approach. How much poor condition, we are facing that the staffs of the state bank of India could not understand the contents.

It seems that state bank of India is governed by the forest rule. There is evidence of corruption but because of corruption in the government machinery every thing is O.K. Regarding the post and submitted report of the staff of state bank of India, it is confirmed that they wants to harass the consumers instead of providing services to them.
