It has been common practice in our government machinery that Central Public Information Officer or state Public Information Officer is not providing information to the information seekers because they know that they will not be punished for not providing information in this largest democracy as section 20 of The Right to Information act 2005 has been made weak by adopting the lackadaisical approach by not punishing the wrongdoer Central Public Information Officer and State Public Information officers.

Undoubtedly Modi Sir is an honest Prime Minister but he does not like Right to Information act 2005 which is quite obvious from his working style as his office does not want to provide information under Right to Information act 2005. Thus we see that neither any state nor Central government staff are interested to provide information to the information seekers quite obvious from their working style at present time.

Dates and notings were not made available. Transaction details made through master card were not made available. Where is the information sought under point 2 and 3? Information made available by CPIO can be understood by the corrupt public staffs only.
Corruption is rampant in the government machinery so they are not providing information. No action is taken against erring public information officers.
