An application under Article 32 of the Constitution of India and your applicant entitled under article 51 A of the constitution of India as fundamental duties are coercing to enquire in regards to sheer violation of fundamental rights of middle-aged woman, prescribed under part III of the constitution of India.

Most revered Sir –Your applicant invites the kind attention of Hon’ble Sir with due respect to following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that please take a glance of action report dated 27 Jun 2017 as-With reference to the Grievance of Shakuntala, we wish to inform you that the Bank has raised the claim for reversal of amount. But, ATM acquiring bank has rejected the claim stating transaction as successful. The same was conveyed to the complainant. Further, on receipt of her request through Ministry, Bank has been requesting the acquiring bank to provide CCTV footage. But, there was no response from them.
Since grievance closed showing no ray of hope to aggrieved lady.
Ground of seeking CC TV footage- 1: Five successive failed transaction of A.T.M. Machine after impugned transaction made by son of the aggrieved lady.
2-Whether software report is credible proof of hardware transaction even when server was too much down because of heavy load?
3-During the internet transactions, on one side transaction remains successful and money is deducted from the account but counter server shows non receipt of money even when the software information used to exchange but here pumping out of money is hardware act which is monitored by CCTV camera installed for the purpose so Video footage is must.

Prime Minister Sir, Chief Minister Sir and much more are brand ambassadors of digital transactions but it seems that they are not apprised with terrific losses occurring to common citizenry during such transactions. A young poor lady suffered a loss of Rs.2000.00 in a transaction through the ATM machine of Vijaya Bank during demonetization period. Moreover, Vijaya Bank is procrastinating in providing C.C.T.V. footage to the aggrieved. With great respect to revered Sir, your applicant invites the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows. 1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that why prompt action is not being taken in order to redress the grievance of the young poor lady? Why her grievance is languishing in public offices? 2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that reminders are being sent to concerned accountable public functionaries but it seems that they are reluctant to consider them. Please take this reminder with utmost care as more than 16 days passed but video footage is still awaited from your end. The credibility of software report of ATM machine is under the cloud. Take a glance of your provided feedback crying latter five transactions failed ensures the stake of your applicant with more emphasis. Here one thing must be kept in mind that justice delayed is justice denied. More time gives the wrongdoers to subvert the clues and evidence. 3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that in the interest of justice, Vijaya Bank may be directed to provide video footage so that action may be taken against wrongdoers. Article 14 in The Constitution Of India 1949, Equality before law The State shall not deny to any person equality before the law or the equal protection of the laws within the territory of India Prohibition of discrimination on grounds of religion, race, caste, sex or place of birth.
If the aggrieved lady were influential, then also faced the same bad treatment from the concerned public staffs?
5-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that where is justice to downtrodden section in this country?
Central Government Act, Article 21 in The Constitution Of India 1949, 21. Protection of life and personal liberty No person shall be deprived of his life or personal liberty except according to procedure established by law.
Whether Right to life can be guaranteed by snatching the food from the mouths of vulnerable section? Whether such rights are not joke not reaching to citizenry concerned?
 This is a humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that how can it be justified to withhold public services arbitrarily and promote anarchy, lawlessness and chaos in an arbitrary manner by making the mockery of law of land? There is need of hour to take harsh steps against the wrongdoer in order to win the confidence of citizenry and strengthen the democratic values for healthy and prosperous democracy.
