Hon'ble Sir that Right to Equality is the first fundamental right assured to the people of India. Whether discriminatory approach can ensure the Right to Equality and if everyone has equal protection of the law, then why is right to equality not being safeguarded by the equal protection of the law. Students are deprived of the right to public aid arbitrarily on the large scale because of rampant corruption in the system but who cares this vulnerable section in this largest democracy in the world? More discretion always opens the quarter of arbitrariness and tyranny and innocent and gullible citizenry becomes its easy prey.
Think about such inactive senior rank staffs in the government machinery who don't take matter concerned with the corruption seriously.
