Sought Information.1-State Bank of India is seeking Rs.57.00 as commission from students /aspirants participating in the competitive exam being conducted by  SANYUKT PRAVESH PARIKSHA PARISHAD UP for collection of Rs.300 as fee to participate in the exam. Please provide the reason in support of this huge disproportionate commission as well as regulation prescribed by Government of India. Please take a glance of attached PDF with this communique.

Sought Information.3-Hon’ble Sir Right to reason is the indispensable part of sound democratic institution /department of governments so provide the reason justifying the commission Rs.57.00  on both the collection either Rs.300.00 or collection Rs.200.00. Who has given arbitrary power to S.B.I. To charge commissions from students arbitrarily? Provide the name of regulatory body of S.B.I..
                        This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook  the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your applicant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.
