Most revered Sir –Your applicant invites the kind attention of 
Hon’ble Sir with due respect to following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that whether it is not an offence
 to be instrumental in providing a customer D-grade item at higher prices
 as being done and when the repeated request was made for the return of 
the item concerned are only procrastinating and still continued on the 
same practice. 
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that From the cover photo, it 
seems photo paper but actually a-4 size plain paper of higher GSM. These 
100 sheets paper are available @ Rs.150 in the local market of Mirzapur 
district. My observation and experience regarding online shopping are that 
it is not profitable to those who come under middle-income class. The 
product is different from outlook is not cryptic dealings.
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that whether it is not cheating 
that item of Rs.150 is being sold for Rs.350 which is more than 200% of
 actual price. Whether consumer rights of the citizenry are safe in this
 largest democracy in the world as even literate people are being made 
stupid by the cheaters. 
Whether following message and their working style are akin if not why 
concerned are only interested in cheating innocent.
