Grievance Description : In view of your applicant ,nothing is wrong to help vulnerable section as such virtues are vested in us from birth but few selfish motive people can’t understand these gems . Our motive is to struggle for the rights of those who are deprived from social . economic and political rights as a human rights activist and public spirited individual. Please take a glance of attached documents itself explicit that whether aggrieved was apprised with the matter/grievance submitted or not. Hon’ble Sir -When concerned will return back Rs.5200 .00 taken as bribe to aggrieved ,then aggrieved is not having enmity with the wrongdoers to book them behind the bar. Thanks to Modi government for taking prompt action in the matter concerned with woman. Undoubtedly it could be feasible because of dynamic approach of Modi government towards the grievances of common people. Description note based on which submitted grievance was disposed. Allahabad U P Gramin Bank has advised that the complainant has acknowledged her inexperience and no knowledge about this complaint lodged on her behalf in writing before the Investigation Officials of the Gramin Bank. Hence, as the complaint is baseless, we request you to close the same at your end, please. Registration Number : DEABD/E/2015/07577 Grievance core point is as- Rs.5200 .00 bribe taken by the branch agent in the name of providing branch manager of concerned bank. Bribe Rs.5200.00 taken from the applicant may be returned back to her by the concerned as soon as possible. Whether it is justified that some one takes loan on Kisan credit card may be pressurized to pay bribe.  This is humble request of your applicant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook  the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. Details : Allahabd U P Gramin Bank Since advised that the then branch Manager has been transferred, mentioned Bank Mitra has been subjected to strict vigil of the present Branch Head and an Investigation was undertaken. Complainant in writing advised the Investigating officer that she has no more grievances presently. Gramin Bank has also advised as above to the complainant vide a letter dated 16.1.2016. Hence, on the basis of action taken by the Gramin Bank, we request you to close the complaint at your end, please.
