Singh Mahesh Pratap Singh Company Remark: Customer complaint regarding recharge of Rs. 99 paid twice on his number via paytm. Now the customer wants one of the recharge refunded in his paytm account. Called and informed the customer that we can provide the refund only in the main account balance. Customer not agreed. Case closed. Remark Date 2018-06-26 18:12:55 Payment was made by the Paytm account of the applicant. Here company agent claiming to refund in the main account which means Airtel account of the Airtel customer whom Rs.99 was paid by the applicant as he paid that amount in order to recharge his Airtel Mobile number. When he has paid me only Rs.99 ,then why, Airtel company wants to pay the money whose master is the applicant to its customer who enjoyed the recharge of Rs.99 as paid by him and next Rs.99 deducted from the Paytm account of applicant of the applicant is the part of cryptic dealings of Paytm body and Airtel company. How can Airtel company accepts latter paid Rs.99 of which it has not provided any services? Whether Airtel company is the master of later paid Rs.99 or Paytm body or Airtel customer if not why Airtel company is procrastinating in refunding the Rs.99 to my Paytm account. Who has given the right to Airtel company to decide the refund to the individual who actually not the master of the refund amount? How can the Airtel company accept those payments which services it can’t provide? Whether it can provide same services at the same instant of time at a single mobile number, then how can it accept the payments so? Airtel company may be penalized for cheating the innocent and gullible customers and may be directed to pay detriments suffered by the applicant because of its unethical practice.

Establishment of Complaint Monitoring System-(1) Every service provider shall, within forty-five days of coming into force of these regulations, establish a ‘Web Based Complaint Monitoring System’ to enable the consumers to monitor the status of their complaints. Whether responsible staffs of the Airtel company can tell me where is such grievance redress mechanism of Airtel Mobile company whose nodal and appellate authorities e-mails are not functional? It is an obligatory duty of Airtel Mobile company to return back one of the amount Rs.99 to the Paytm account of the applicant. Actually, this amount was not paid by me but cryptic dealing of Paytm and partner company Airtel Mobile company.

क्या एयरटेल कंपनी ने ९९ रुपये का सेवा प्रदान किया यदि नही तो क्यों नही वापस करना चाहता है क्या यह बेईमानी नही है क्या कंपनी का आचरण डाकू जैसा नही है |सरकार जनता की समस्याओं के प्रति सम्बेदन हीन है जो की काफी खतरनाक संदेह है |
