On 3G Hs 2GB data: validity 4G HS- 84 days 3G HS-35 days 380.51 68.49 35 Days Recharge for New Customers (First Recharge / Second Recharge) According to report of Airtel-Customer, your applicant is using 4G -dongle of Airtel company which is neither 3-G nor 4-G but purchased 4-G sim and customer care company assured through its staff subsequently first recharges were made but now a breach of trust. Whether consumer rights of your applicant was not

As per t&c, in 449 FRC, the customer will get 84 days validity in 4G handset and 35 days validity in the non 4G handset. The customer is using this SIM in airtel dongle. hence mail marked to concern team if this offer applies for the dongle.Case In Progress.
