Airtel company looted my Rs.99 which is sheer unjustified but I couldn’t get justice in this anarchy.

    Paytm staffs may respond following queries pointwise. 1-If the wrong payments may be successful, why Paytm will not make efforts to get a refund of the wrong paid amount through Paytm wallet? 2-Whether paytm would allow its partner Airtel Mobile company to entertain Rs.99 without providing any services? 3-When the Airtel Mobile company staff is agreed to refund Rs.99 with condition that it would be refunded in Airtel customer account, why not paytm is seeking Rs.99 to the wallet of its customer who paid Rs.99 of Airtel customer but later Rs.99 paid by mistake and now partner Airtel Mobile company is the sole master of this wrong payment? 4-Whether payment made by Airtel customer if not why paytm is not asking for a refund in the wallet of the applicant? Whether it is not a reflection of the cryptic behaviour of Paytm? 5-If the wrong paid amount can’t be refunded back by paytm, then how paytm can be granted permission to carry out unethical business which makes a third-party master of the wrong paid amount who is actually not?

    This grievance redressal remained poor because no one could ensure the fairness in the dealings of Airtel service provider company. Whether Paytm responded the queries well if not why? Which canon of law justify the acts of Airtel company which charged without providing the services? Undoubtedly our law of the land is impotent in providing us with justice. This is a reflection of the insolence of the Airtel company which disregarded the humanity and acted like robbers. After all, they are successful and buying other companies like Uninor which proves that India is a hub of those businessmen prefer unethical practice in the business.

This grievance redressal remained poor because no one could ensure the fairness in the dealings of Airtel service provider company. Whether Paytm responded the queries well if not why? Which canon of law justify the acts of Airtel company which charged without providing the services? Undoubtedly our law of the land is impotent in providing us with justice. This is a reflection of the insolence of the Airtel company which disregarded the humanity and acted like robbers. After all, they are successful and buying other companies like Uninor which proves that India is a hub of those businessmen prefer unethical practice in the business.
