डालना चाहती है क्यों की वह सर्विस तो ९९ रुपये का ही दी है अन्यथा वे इतने अव्योहारिक है की 
बात ही न करते | धूर्तता यह भी है वे अपने टर्म्स एंड कंडीसंस प्रार्थी पर डालरहे है और प्रार्थी को 
९९ को हर हाल ९९ रुपये का चूना लगाना चाहते है | RBI गाइड लाइन्स के अनुसार एयरटेल सर्विस
 नही दे पाया है तो उसे उस पैसे को उसी अकाउंट में वापस करना चाहिए था आफ्टर आल उसे 
९९ रुपये बिना सर्विस दिए ही प्राप्त है और क्यों वह उससे वंचित हो |

Paytm staffs may respond following queries pointwise. 1-If the wrong payments may be successful, why Paytm will not make efforts to get a refund of the wrong paid amount through Paytm wallet? 2-Whether paytm would allow its partner Airtel Mobile company to entertain Rs.99 without providing any services? 3-When the Airtel Mobile company staff is agreed to refund Rs.99 with condition that it would be refunded in Airtel customer account, why not paytm is seeking Rs.99 to the wallet of its customer who paid Rs.99 of Airtel customer but later Rs.99 paid by mistake and now partner Airtel Mobile company is the sole master of this wrong payment? 4-Whether payment made by Airtel customer if not why paytm is not asking for a refund in the wallet of the applicant? Whether it is not a reflection of the cryptic behaviour of Paytm? 5-If the wrong paid amount can’t be refunded back by paytm, then how paytm can be granted permission to carry out unethical business which makes a third-party master of the wrong paid amount who is actually not?

भ्रष्ट तंत्र में किसीके पास नही है दूर संचार नियामक के दावों की पोल अच्छे ढंग से

Where is the goodwill gesture? I don’t think that there is a fragment of honesty on the part of Airtel company ipso facto obvious from the dealings of staffs of the Airtel company. Why Airtel company is ready for waiver of Rs.99 because they know well that they couldn’t provide the services of Rs.99 but still they are cunning in refunding the amount as they want refund by providing services to doubly recharged mobile but mobile holder have entertained the services of Rs.99 and loser is the applicant who paid the first and second recharge through its Paytm account. If Airtel couldn’t provide the services of Rs.99, then they didn’t accept the recharge done second time otherwise they had to refund the amount in the same way as-as paid to them in accordance with the RBI new Guidelines. Whether Airtel provided the services of Rs.99 if not why not refunding the money to the payee.

Here question is simple if service provider company Airtel did not provide the service then how can it charge so it is unjustified on the part of Airtel company which is not refunding back the paid amount.We want to curb corruption from the system but it seems that our public functionaries are reluctant to do so and thus creating a great hurdle before us!. It has been clear cut from the behaviour of the political Masters when promoting corruption in our government machinery then how it can be expected from them that they will curb corruption from the government machinery.

When the donations for elections will be taken then how the actions will be taken against wrongdoers.
Undoubtedly true that any one can hurl venom on others if he is man of narrow considerations but when same responsibilities are subjected on him, then he becomes bizarre and now our great Prime minister is full of such attributes. Ii well known truth that lantern lights every where but there is always dark below its bottom.
