Think about the gravity of situation that half century representations thrown into dustbin and Now secretary is saying that grievances of consumers are not redressed by electricity regulatory commission añd suggesting the body. Hon'ble friends several issues raised concerned with the non compliance of the direction of electricity regulatory commission by electricity companies. How a body can regulate a company if not familiar with lacunae of companies.
