In regard to the aforementioned complaint, entire allegations made on the ground of documentary evidence and the hearings made in the open court. Still, the matter is under the process of the court and no opportunity is being provided to the pledgee. On the prayer of your pledgee, either action is denied or asked that application is filed when your turn will come, then the application will be heard. Summon case is being heard under Cr PC 244 and 245 and when I talk of chapter 20 of Cr.P.C. or judgment of Apex court, then pledgee is threatened with dire consequences like contempt of court.
In regard to complaint dated-03/06/2013, Pledgee was aggrieved with the moral turpitude of a judicial member as news circulated in media tarnished the image of the country on world fora so the complaint was made by the pledgee as public-spirited approach full of patriotism. Here applicant made allegations nothing only sought action based on media reports as in order to maintain the impeccable integrity of judiciary voluntarily. If Hon’ble Sir don’t want to proceed in this matter, then pledgee is no more aggrieved because you Hon’ble Sir is the guardian and your applicant merely pursuing fundamental duty under article 51 A.
