Undoubtedly adulteration which is fatal to health can curbed if there may be firm resolve to do . Here if both right and wrong will be treated with the same eye with single  motive to enhance back door income ,then it is obvious that nothing constructive can be achieved.

With due respect your applicant/petitioner wants to draw the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that please take a glance of attached story of Hindi daily Amar Ujala revealing adulteration at large scale in block -Sikhan District-Mirzapur . According to story ,general store shopkeepers are playing game with the health of locals as well also blamed the district administration to be mute spectators of this wrongdoings.
2-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that according to report ,staffs of administration of food security and pharmaceutical department only take the samples  of food articles in order to pressurize the shopkeeper but no action is taken on the report of Laboratories . Why is the action not taken ? Even a common man can answer this question. There is no discrimination of right and wrong shopkeepers as samples can be taken from the shops in which no substandard articles are found by them.
3-It is submitted before the Hon’ble Sir that essential commodities are mostly purchased from wholesale shops in district but the aforesaid staffs having no time to check the adulteration in such shops  but have time to travel 40 K.M. From district head quarter to remote villages in order to check adulteration and make easy prey to such vulnerable shopkeepers.
Whether those who can be instrumental in protecting the wrongdoers can’t misuse their posts to harass proprietors opened tiny shops in remote villages in order to earn livelihood. Hon’ble Sir whether these poor shopkeepers who purchase their substandard articles from the bigger shops located in town, city and district may be subjected to harassment by the corrupt staffs of food and pharmaceutical department of Government of Uttar Pradesh for the wrongdoings actually done by big fishes . Whether this is justified. Most surprising is that department targets branches instead of trees of adulteration.
This is humble request of your appellant to you Hon’ble Sir that It can never be justified to overlook  the rights of citizenry by delivering services in arbitrary manner by floating all set up norms. This is sheer mismanagement which is encouraging wrongdoers to reap benefit of loopholes in system and depriving poor citizens from right to justice. Therefore it is need of hour to take concrete steps in order to curb grown anarchy in the system. For this your appellant shall ever pray you Hon’ble Sir.
                                      ‘Yours  sincerely

  2. Adulteration is causing health disasters to us but public functionaries are so corrupt that they don't care about us. Our corrupt public functionaries are only interested in amassing huge wealth and most surprising is that no one takes action against them for amassing huge wealth disproportionate to kn5source of their income.
