Here this question arises that who has not written the name of the spouse in the address written on the envelope of the ATM card which caused the non delivery of the envelope to the addressee Preeti Singh? Its answer is simple, this mistake was committed by the concerned staff of the State Bank of India who must be subjected to the panel proceedings in accordance with the law but here aggrieved lady is being subjected to the mental and physical torture but those committed error are set scot-free. Whether justice is available in this largest democracy in the world? Whether we are running away from the Social Justice?

According to branch manager state bank of India,Since you, Mrs. PREETI SINGH, are an individual in yourself, therefore, for any mail delivery your name and address ought to be sufficient.
We reiterate that kindly visit the branch with full KYC documents for your account updation and receipt of ATM card during any day during working hours.
According to superintendent of post Mirzapur zone-In the delivery of ATM Card/ Rupay card name of spouse /Guardian is must. Whether it is not showing that action of the bank is arbitrary as bank did not include the name of husband in the address and now branch manager shamelessly asking for correction of address which is already correct.
