Dear Mr. Singh,
This is with reference to your complaint dated April 27, 2016 regarding the Debit card charges.

As per our telephonic conversation along with Mr. Ankush Sinha ( Mirzapur Branch Operations Head ) , i would like to inform you that debit card which you are using has annual charges of Rs. 300+Service tax which was levied in the account as per charge schedule. However as per your account type you can go for debit card which has Nil charges. We understand that you will be visiting the branch in few days in order to block the existing card and will be applying for a new card which has no charges. Once the existing card is blocked branch will initiate the request for the reversal for the charges which was debited on 15th July 2016.

Kindly give the request at the branch to update your email id also so we can share all the required details on your registered email id.

* If you find any suspicious transaction in your Bank account, immediately contact your nearest branch or talk to our Phone Banking Associates at 1800 103 5577, 1800 209 5577 or 1800 233 5577.
