* Description of Information Sought The matter concerns the department of Uttar Pradesh rural Jal Nigam in district Mirzapur. In this department, most of the junior engineers and assistant engineers are providing their services without interruption since the date of posting in the district by violating the provisions of the new transfer policy formulated by the government of Uttar Pradesh. The copy of the new transfer policy is attached to this online rti application . To promote transparency and accountability and decelerate growing corruption in the government machinery, the government of Uttar Pradesh headed by Mr Yogi Aditynath formulated a new transfer policy. The motive of transfer policy is to transfer those public staff who manage to remain in the same place through illegal gratification to senior rank staff. Executive engineer of the department of Uttar Pradesh rural Jal Nigam in district Mirzapur also the public information officer of the department may provide access to the following information pointwise as sought. 

1-PIO may provide the details of the working area of the junior engineers in the department. 

2-PIO may provide the date of posting of entire junior engineers in the district Mirzapur of the department concerned and their charge detail during the posting in the district. 

3- PIO may provide the posting details of the assistant engineers working in Uttar Pradesh rural Jal Nigam in district Mirzapur, description of area of working and date of joining district Mirzapur. 

4- PIO may provide the description of posting details of the executive engineer in Uttar Pradesh rural Jal Nigam in district Mirzapur including date of joining District Mirzapur. 

5- Public information officer must provide the CUG mobile number details of the staff of the department with name and designation which is available in public domain to provide the public services. These numbers are provided by the government to important personnel of the department. 

6- Public information officers must provide the details of the public staff working as outsourced staff or working on daily wage with name and date of posting in the department. 

7- Public information officers must provide the posting details of the entire class three Level staff of the department including their data posting in the district Mirzapur.
