As stated in the letter aforementioned.Chhote Lal Bind Hospital Baraut District Prayagraj comes under the jurisdiction of Chief Medical Officer Prayagraj, due to which Dr. Yadav and Chief Medical Superintendent, Maharaja Chet Singh, District Hospital Gyanpur District Bhadohi are not cooperating in the above investigation.
