Application under RTI Act 2005
1. Phoolchand Maurya, residing at Stable No. 24A, Juna Nagardas Road, Mograpada, Andheri (East), Mumbai 400 069 hereby request your Hon'ble Authority to provide me with the copy of the complaint lodge by one Smt. Kantadevi Gupta with you police station that one Mr. Sanjay Kandalkar Assistant Police Officer Andheri Police Station Mumbai-69 issued letter dated 29/11/2013 bearing Jawak no 10186/2023 AND letter dated 19/12/2023 bearing Jawak no 10935/2023 AND letter dated 04/01/2024 bearing Jawak no 95/2024.
I say that pursuant to said letters I have been called upon to remain present before the said concem officer to give say on said complaint of Smt Kantadevi Gupta.
Therefore I require the copy of the complaint of the Smt. Kantadevi Gupta hereby make application under RTI Act 2005 to provide me with the copy of th complaint of the said Kuntadevi Gupta against me and others family members.
I am ready to deposit necessary charges for the same.

Kindly provide me the copy of the said complaint lodged by the complainant against me and my brothers. Hereto annexed 1 is copy of the said application under R.T.I Act for your perusal and record.
2. 1 say that the complainant Smt. Kantadevi Gupta is not rightful owner of the property being structures standing on survey no 118/1 to 15, structure no K- 3151, street no 24, Mogra Village Andheri (East) Mumbai as alleged. Herein after referred to as "Said Property".
3.1 say that One Mr. Bhaidas Dharsibhai Bhuta is owner of the said property. I say that said Mr. Bhaidas Dharsibhai Bhuta died in the year 1981. I say that the complainant claim to have purchased the said property from One Mr. Dhirajlal B. Dadia. I say that said Mr. Dhirajlal B. Dadia has no right, title and interest in the said property and if any document executed between the said Mr. Dhirajlal B. Dadia and Smt. Kantadevi Gupta is bad, illegal, shameful. fraudulent, void and voidable documents. The question before your Hon'ble Authority is to find out the genuineness as to fabricated conveyance deed dated 19/11/1993 allegedly executed between said Mr. Dhirajlal B. Dadia and Smt. Kantadevi Gupta.
4. It is pertinent to note that suit no 2324/1985 in High Court of Bombay is pending between the Mr. Vasantral Bhaidas the son of the deceased late Mr. Bhaidas Dharsibhal Bhuta in respect of the said property against Bank of Boroda that the pending the said suit how Mr. Dhirajlal B. Dadia is entitle to sule and convey the said property to Smt. Kantadevi Gupta. Therefore it is onus on the said Smt. Kantadevi Gupta to prove that chain of title documents that how Mr. Dhirajlal B. Dadia is entitle to sale and convey the said property to Smt. Kantadevi Gupta. Therefore your Hon'ble Authority be please to call the said documents form Smt. Kantadevi Gupta in respect of the Said Property.
5. I say that the documents submitted by me earlier to your authority are sufficient to prove that I am in use. occupation and possession of the Tabela being situated on survey no 118/5, street no 24. Mogra Village Andheri (East) Mumbai. I am further submitting plan of the Tabela and my structures situated on property surveyed survey no 118/5.
6.1 say that it is my counter complaint against Smt. Kantadevi Gupta that on the basis of illegal, void, forged documents dated 19/11/1993 executed between Mr. Dhirajlal B. Dadia and herself is harassing me and my family member by lodging false
complaint and liable for punishment for playing fraud upon the government authority and harassing me and my family member without any reason cause and justification.
7. Your Honorable Authority is hereby requested to take my complaint on record against said Smt. Kantadevi Gupta and her alleged CA for making wrong, illegal complaint and harassing me and my family member physically and mentally.
8. I say that I and my family are in use and occupation of our Tabela premises with structures standing on survey no 118/5 of Village Mogra since last more than 50 years.

This is to submit that to your notice dated 29/11/2023 and 19/12/2023. I filed my reply dated 10/12/2023 with annexure as to my stable (Tabela no. 24) and property card revenue record, ration card and letter dated 22/10/2022.1 say that said earlier correspondence foam part and parcel of this further reply as under:-
1. I say that by my application dated 06/01/2024 under RTI Act 2005 I called for the copy of the complaint lodged by CA of One Smt. Kantadevi Gupta. I have not yet received the copy of the said complaint.
