Most respected Sir in 24 hours HostGator did not made the refund of the paid amount as they promised and now 4 days passed which is a criminal breach of trust and against the spirit of consumer rights. Message received HostGator at time-7 November 2024 at 07:29 This message was sent by the HostGator.in Billing Team via livemailservice.com quite obviously from the attached document with this grievance. It seems that these companies are not following ethical values ,the consumers arbitrarily loting innocent and gullible people which is quite obvious from the working of the company concerned and government must take stern action against such companies whose only aim is to loot the innocent gullible people in this largest democracy in the world.
Whether such incredible companies are instrumental in building up a great nation who are looting consumers in daylight. If they promised to refund the paid amount in 24 hours I think that they had to keep but it was not done so reflects the ulterior motive of the company staff.
Such bogus and cryptic dealings can never be instrumental in the development of healthy society as well as such actions will not lead any constructive result which may be exemplary.
