1- Now it has been proved from the attached documents that representation of the information seeker concerning Dinesh Pratap Singh was forwarded by the President Secretariat on Thursday, June 9, 2022 11:36:49 AM to chief secretary and office of chief secretary forwarded it to LDA lakhnau on the same date as Thu, Jun 09, 2022 01:09 PM.
Public information officer must provide the name and designation of the staff of the Lucknow Development Authority who received this communication concerning electronic mail.
2- Public information officer must provide the notings made on this representation by the concerned accountable public staff of the Lucknow Development Authority.
3- Provide the name and designations of the public staff of the Lucknow Development Authority who processed this email representation of presidential reference forwarded by Chief Secretary Office.
4- Provide the action taken report on this email representation by the concerned accountable staff of the Lucknow Development Authority.
5- Please provide the reason for not sending intimation to the information seeker regarding the action taken as directed by the office of His Excellency that action may be taken under the intimation to the applicant.
