IN exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of all existing rules and orders on the subject, the Governor is pleased to make the following rules:
THE UTTAR PRADESH REGULARISATION OF PERSONS WORKING ON DAILY WAGES OR ON WORK CHARGE OR ON CONTRACT IN GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENTS ON GROUP C AND GROUP D POSTS (OUTSIDE THE PURVIEW OF THE UTTAR PRADESH PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION) RULES, 2016. Number of regularised personnel under the aforementioned notification of the government of Uttar Pradesh. No daily wage personnel regularised under this notification in municipality Mirzapur City, government aided college kbpg Mirzapur under direct administrative control of government, Department of Forest gorakhpur Division as information made available by them. Several other public authorities are running away from providing information regarding it. As per available information no daily wage is staff of the government has been regularised under this notification yet. Whether it was boasting and showing off of the government. Provisions of this notification are famed in such a way that current daily wage staff are not conforming to it.
Public information officer in Government of Uttar Pradesh personnel section 2 must provide following information point wise to the information seeker as follows.
1- Whether any information is available to the department concerning the regularisation of daily wage staff under this notification please provide the information to the information seeker.
2- Please provide the subsequent communications made by the public authority with other departments regarding this notification.
3- Please provide the name and designations of the members of the drafting committee of this notification. Please also provide their posting details if currently they are not retired.
4- Please provide the name and designation of the chairman/head of this drafting committee and also provide his/her posting details if not retired.
5- Please provide the number of daily wage personnel regularised under this notification. Please provide the data collection centre and its monitoring staff regarding the implementation of this notification of the government.
