Grievance Concerns To Name Of Complainant Sadhana Tiwari, Date of Receipt-04/10/2024, Received By Ministry/Department-Uttar Pradesh Grievance Description-The matter concerns the working of station house officer Drummond Ganj district Mirzapur. Superintendent of Police Mirzapur must direct the SHO to register the case against the following offenders.
Please register the first information report against the following offenders under the appropriate section of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023.
The details of offenders are as follows.
1- Dayashankar Mishra S/O Shambhu Saran Mishra, Police station-Drummond Ganj, village- Bhaisod Balay Pahad post-Drummond Ganj, tehsil-Lalganj, development block-Halia, District- Mirzapur Uttar Pradesh.
2- Hariprasad Mishra S/O Shambhu Saran Mishra,Police station-Drummond Ganj, village- Bhaisod Balay Pahad post-Drummond Ganj, tehsil-Lalganj, development block-Halia, District- Mirzapur Uttar Pradesh.
3- Lekhpal,Lalganj tehsil, 4- Revenue inspector, Lalganj tehsil and 5- Tehsildar, Lalganj tehsil. For the more details please take a glance of the attached document to this online RTI application.
Public information officer in the office of sub divisional magistrate Lalganj District Mirzapur must provide the following information to the information seeker point wise as follows.
1- Most respected sir the aforementioned grievance submitted on the public grievance portal concerns the working of the station house officer Drummond Ganj. The 3rd, 4th and 5th offenders are 3- Lekhpal,Lalganj tehsil, 4- Revenue inspector, Lalganj tehsil and 5- Tehsildar, Lalganj tehsil.
Please provide the name and designation of the public staff who authorized you/tehsil Lalganj to submit the report in the matter concerning the jurisdiction of the police station Drummond Ganj.
2- Please provide the reason how have you reached on this conclusion that the matter concerns to carry out inheritance because the information seeker did not request anywhere in the grievance for inheritance.
3- The information seeker has requested in the grievance that a first information report must be registered against five offenders who are indulged in cheating the properties of the information seeker by concealing the facts and overlooking the provisions of law through forgery.
Please provide the provisions of law which entitles Lekhpal, Revenue Inspector and Tahsildar Lal Ganj to entertain such application/grievances.
4- Please provide the name and designation of the public staff who forwarded the aforementioned grievance to tehsil Lalganj District Mirzapur.
5- Please provide the provisions of law which enables Lekhpal, Revenue Inspector and tehsildar Lalganj to entertain complaint concerning irregularities and corruption against them.
