The matter concerns the corruption in PM Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme of the government which is not reaching the needy because of the lack of transparency and accountability in the implementation of the scheme.
In the following Grievance, concerned lekhpal submitted an arbitrary and inconsistent report which is mockery of the public Grievance portal and jansunwai portal of the government.

It is quite obvious that lekhpal Divyanshu Srivastava is submitting an arbitrary and inconsistent parrot report in the matter which is quite obvious from the repeated same report. Few months ago, an audio of lekhpal Divyanshu Srivastava became viral in which he was demanding bribe /embezzlement directly from the aggrieved person in order to provide the favour which can never be justified. From the viral audio it is quite obvious that he does not do any work without taking bribes so from such lekhpal, how can it be expected that he will submit a report without taking a bribe in Yogi government. In the local media it was widely reported that sub-divisional magistrate Sadar Asaram Verma suspended the lekhpal Divyanshu Srivastava because of such activities. Our chief minister Yogi Adityanath claims to provide corruption free governance, but in his government public staff openly ask for bribes which is obvious from the audio and it is most regretting that no action is taken by competent authority.
There are two types of evidence of corruption first is direct evidence and the second is circumstantial evidence so there is circumstantial evidence of corruption in prime minister Kisan Samman Nidhi which must be curbed by honest public staff.
