Subject: RTI appeal of Shri Yogi MP Singh, Uttar Pradesh received under RTI Act, 2005-reg.
This has reference to Shri Yogi MP Singh's RTI appeal bearing Reg. No. DITECT/A/E/24/00103 dated 19.09.2024 received against the return of his RTI Application No. DITEC/R/E/24/01161 dated 15.09.2024.
2. With regard to Point Nos. 1 and 2 of the RTI application, it is informed that the application is addressed to the State Public Information Officer (SPIO) and as per content of the application, it appears that the subject matter pertains to the State Government of Uttar Pradesh. Additionally, as mentioned on the Website of Uttar Pradesh RTI Portal, the content of Uttar Pradesh RTI Portal is provided by Administrative Reforms Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh and Software of the Website is maintained by National Informatics Centre (NIC), Uttar Pradesh. National Informatics Centre is responsible only for technical guidance in respect of Software Development of RTI Portal as per User requirement.
3. Further with regard to Point No. 3 of the application, it is informed that applicant's email dated 11.09.2024 was addressed to various authorities of the State Government. Hence, action taken on this email may be available with State Government of Uttar Pradesh.
4. In view of the above, the appeal of Shri Yogi MP Singh is returned herewith with a request to approach the concerned State Authority. However, in sprit of the RTI Act, 2005, a copy of your RTI application is being forwarded to the Public Authority, National Informatics Centre (NIC) for providing information and necessary action, if any.
