The matter concerns the working of the public authority Public Authority NAGAR NIGAM PRAYAGRAJ which address is -1, सरोजिनी नायडू मार्ग, सिविल लाइन्स, प्रयागराज-211001

An enquiry under Article 51 A of the constitution of India regarding the following points as concerned with the irregularities carried out during the appointment of the Umesh Kumar Yadav under the services public authority Nagar Nigam Prayagraj.

It is an obligatory duty of the concerned accountable staff of the Nagar Nigam Prayagraj to support the applicant in order to expose a person who managed to get the service of the government through forgery of documents.

1- Accountable staff in the office of municipal Corporation district-Prayagraj may provide the Date of appointment in the district of Prayagraj of Umesh Kumar S/O late Lal Bahadur whose Voter identity card and photograph are attached to this grievance.

2- Accountable staff in the office of municipal Corporation district-Prayagraj may provide the first posting details of Umesh Kumar S/O late Lal Bahadur.

3- Accountable staff in the office of municipal Corporation district-Prayagraj may provide the current posting details of Umesh Kumar S/O late Lal Bahadur.

4- Accountable staff in the office of municipal Corporation district-Prayagraj may provide the Name and designation of the public staff who verified the records provided by Umesh Kumar S/O late Lal Bahadur during the process of the appointment.

Umesh Kumar son of late Lal Bahadur resident of Chilh police station Chilh district Mirzapur is the promotee supervisor from the post sanitation worker in the office of municipal Corporation district-Prayagraj.

It is noticeable that this person was appointed as sanitation/ Safal staff/karmchari but now he has been promoted to the supervisor in the Nagar Nigam Allahabad now known as Prayagraj.

It is quite obvious that the forged documents were used in order to manage the selection in the department which is the root cause concerned are not reaching to the person under enquiry of the applicant.

It is highly objectionable that concerned staff of the Nagar Nigam Prayagraj did not take the perusal of the second page of the attached PDF document which contains the photograph of the person under enquiry of the applicant and PIO denied the request of the RTI application on a baseless and false ground.

This is a humble request at the applicant to the most respected sir to take action in accordance with the law as matter concerns with the deep rooted irregularity in the process of appointment of the Umesh Kumar Yadav.
