An application under Article 51 A of the constitution of India before block development officer City Block, district-Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh to make enquiry regarding the progress in the direction of wall painting in the compliance of the government order as follows. Token, an object (in software or in hardware) which represents the right to perform some operation.The applicant made contact to DPM Mr Praveen Kumar Singh Mobile number-9910428141 Who provided me a link and on visiting this link, the applicant found two photographs which are illegible and attached as third page of the attached pdf document to this grievance.
Most respected sir the web address provided in the report of the district Panchayat Raj officer was visited by applicant and following message displayed on the screen of the computer. No valid token found. Please contact server admin.
It is most unfortunate that district Panchayat Raj officer Mirzapur misled the applicant and provided web address which is not accessible to the common people in the state which means he is only misleading the people because of the rampant corruption in the state of Uttar Pradesh. Now it is an obligatory duty of the district Panchayat Raj officer Mirzapur to provide the token to the applicant so that accessibility to the application may be available on the website provided by the DPRO. It is most unfortunate that district Panchayat Raj officer Mirzapur only misled in order to close the grievance on flimsy ground reflects unhealthy practice in governance to conceal corruption.

Most respected sir according to your report the applicant do not know how to navigate a website which is the root cause the error messages are displaying on the screen of the computer. How much ridiculous comment made in the report that the applicant will learn navigation of internet that is Internet surfing will understand under the monitoring of incompetent staff of the government. I want to apprise to the most respected sir that the applicant is hosting a website for more than 15 years and to make such comment regarding the applicant is very much unfortunate. Public staff Pravin Kumar made available a link and applicant visited website through that link then I got the public information board images and found that most of the public information board images are illegible. Tu upload the corrupt and illegible Public information board images on the website of gram Panchayat development plan is justified. What is the motive behind it whether someone will explain it? Where is reform?
