It is an obligatory duty of the concerned accountable staff of the Nagar Nigam Prayagraj to support the applicant in order to expose a person who managed to get the service of the government through forgery of documents. PIO in the office of Chief Minister Govt of Uttar Pradesh must provide the following information point wise to the information seeker as follows.
1- Please provide the provision of law which allows the superintendent of police district Mirzapur to redress the grievances concerning the public authority NAGAR NIGAM PRAYAGRAJ.
2- Please provide the name and designation of the public staff in the Chief Minister Office who processed this grievance in the Chief Minister Office and consequently forwarded it to superintendent of Police District Mirzapur.
3- Please provide the posting details of the monitoring body who monitors the processing of public grievances received from the public grievance portal of the government of India in the Chief Minister Office of Uttar Pradesh and also provide the date when this staff joined the Chief Minister Office.

It is noticeable that this person was appointed as sanitation/ Safal staff/karmchari but now he has been promoted to the supervisor in the Nagar Nigam Allahabad now known as Prayagraj. The address of this person is as follows in Prayagraj. This is a humble request at the applicant to the most respected sir to take action in accordance with the law as matter concerns with the deep rooted irregularity in the process of appointment of the Umesh Kumar Yadav.
