It is quite obvious that concerned staff of the Bharat Sanchar Nigam limited Uttar Pradesh East submitted false reports to dispose of the following grievance which is mockery of the public grievance portal of the Government of India.

Grievance Description- The matter concerns the no network of Bharat Sanchar Nigam limited in Mirzapur City quite obviously from the attached photographs to the grievance.
The mobile number of the applicant is 9336252631 and the service providing company is Bharat Sanchar Nigam limited.
It is not noticeable that the network of the Bharat Sanchar Nigam limited does not disrupt for few hours but it is disrupted for many days which is quite obvious from the absence of network of the Bharat Sanchar Nigam limited for few days.
It is most unfortunate that concerned staff submitted the falls report on the public grievance portal which is quiet obvious from the fact that there is no 3 G network in the area and when the device is connected to the network then this 2G network disappears and when this network is connected to the lap top it is showing that there is no network. I think that there is no benefit for the concerned staff if he is submitting such a false report on the public grievance portal because the applicant will submit the grievance against such a false report unless the 3 G network is restored by the concerned public authority. This is a humble request of the applicant to the most respected sir please send grievance again to the same public staff to fix the issue of the 3 G network in the area because 3 G network is not available to the consumers so network surfing is not possible to the consumers. I think that if there is good governance in the country why is the concerned staff submitting the false report on the public grievance

As per JTO( mobile) some fault was removed so 3G mobile signal is available. But some signal issue may be at distance from BTS, After approval & installation of new BTS signal issue will be resolved. So complain may be disposed off.

Thanks a lot to the concerned staff of the Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited who accepted his fault in submitting the reports by taking the records of recourse of JTO. Transparency and accountability is an excellent characteristic of good governance but if such false report will be submitted then where is healthy system. Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited is an Undertaking of the Government of India so there must be discipline and transparency in dealings and staff of the public authority must avoid those activities which may lower the dignity of the department among the public. Think about the gravity of situation when the other service providers of private sector talking about the 5G services then Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited is failed to provide 3G services to its consumers. Think about the gravity of situation those are talking about the developments who cannot manage the public sector undertakings under the supervision of the government quite obvious from the bogus dealings of BSNL.
