Grievance Description

The matter concerns the police head of Gurgaon, officially named Gurugram, is a satellite city of Delhi and administrative headquarters of Gurgaon district, located in the northern Indian state of Haryana

An application under Article 51A of the Constitution of India on behalf of following aggrieved person whose salary is not being paid by the concerned company and manpower supplier agency, quite obvious from the attached documents to this grievance.

The aggrieved applicant joined the following manpower supplying agency on 25th June 2024 which is quite obvious from the first page of the attached pdf document to the grievance after the pursuing the advertisement published which is attached as the second page of the attached pdf document to the grievance.

The short submissions of the applicant are as follows.

1- The contractor of the manpower supplying agency is Varun Kumar and the supervisor with the manpower supplier is Bhupendra Sharma whose mobile number is 7372959569.

2- The aggrieved Brijesh Kumar Saroj provided his services to the U.T.L. solar power company from 27th July 2024 to 28th August 2024. The address of this company is Jhabua Road, Bavad, Ravadi, Haryana PIN Code 123501.

3- The manpower supplier, Mr Bhupendra Sharma, has been procrastinating on the issue of payment for more than one month.

4- The aggrieved Brijesh Kumar Saroj joined 25th June 2024 to agency services and provided his services to U.T.M. company and payment from 25th June 2024 to 13th July 2024 which payment is still awaiting from Mr Bhupendra Sharma. When the applicant Brijesh Kumar Saroj asks for payment Mr Bhupend Sharma makes available a forged payment slip of Google pay which is attached to the grievance.

5- The bank account of the aggrieved applicant Mr Brijesh Kumar Saroj is attached to the grievance.

6- The matter concerns the large-scale cheating with the unemployed youth by a syndicate of the people who are exploiting the unemployed youth by luring them in the name of appointment. Such illegal and unconstitutional work consequently action must be taken against them by the concerned police against this fraud.

Most respected sir please direct the police concerned to entertain the matter diligently and provide justice to the unemployed youth who are going to be victims/easy prey in the hands of such fraudulent elements.
