Only 12 gram Panchayats have uploaded the public information board images on gpdp portal of the Government of India under the monitoring of the Government of Uttar Pradesh. District Panchayat Raj officer Mirzapur told me during the telephonic conversation that the fund of the new financial year is released to the gram panchayat when information regarding the previous year is uploaded by the gram panchayat on the gpdp portal of the government. Public information officer /Block development officer development block Chhanbey district Mirzapur must provide the following information to the information Seeker point wise as follows. 

1- It is quite obvious that 85 gram Panchayats of the development block Chhanbey did not upload the public information board images of the campaign year 2023-2024. The public information officer must provide a reason for it. 

2- The public information officer must provide the name and designation of the public staff who monitor the uploading of the public board images on the gpdp portal of the government. 

3- The Public information officer must provide the name of gram Panchayats who were issued development funds out of 85 gram Panchayat who did not upload Public information board images on the gpdp portal of the government. 

4- The Public information officer must provide the name and designation of the public staff who issued the funds to the gram panchayats which did not upload Public information board images on the gpdp portal of the government. 

5- The Public information officer must provide the name and designation of the officers who monitor the gpdp portal of the government at the district level and are responsible for such irregularities. 

The public information officer must provide 5 points information to the information seeker within stipulated 30 days as prescribed under subsection one of section 7 of the Right to information act 2005.
