Araji number 164 non agriculture land of government divided into araji number 164 k and 164 kh and one of them sold to muscle men. There is need of transparent and accountable enquiry in the matter of corruption. Such practices are quite common in working of tahsil Sadar district Mirzapur in government of Uttar Pradesh.

An application under Article 51 A of the Constitution of India to ensure the safeguard of the government property in revenue village Bihasara Khurd because grabbing is causing the troubles to the commuters and common villagers because of the nuisance creators who are also the muscle men and having approach to the accountable staff in Tehsil Sadar. It is most unfortunate that concerned lekhpal, revenue inspector and tehsildar Sadar submitted the same parrot report in the following grievance.

Grievance Description-Most respected lekhpal sir can you tell me which one of the following key officers will be party in the suit file by the applicant? Can you also advise the applicant about the competent court as you are behaving like counselor in the report submitted by you on the portal?

1- district magistrate Mirzapur, 2- chief revenue officer Mirzapur, 3- sub divisional magistrate Sadar district Mirzapur, 4- tahsildar Sadar district Mirzapur.

Most respected sir whether the applicant has locus standi to file a suit in the matter of the land grabbing which custodians are 4 key officers of the Government of Uttar Pradesh.

It is obvious that staff of the tehsil Sadar only shielding the corrupt act of their predecessors indulged in selling the land of the government to the muscle men and villages by manipulating the records of the revenue village concerned which is the reflection of the deep rooted corruption and action must be taken against those corrupt staff.

Most respected lekhpal sir following are the custodians of the Government property in the revenue village Bihasada Khurd.1- district magistrate Mirzapur, 2- chief revenue officer Mirzapur, 3- sub divisional magistrate Sadar district Mirzapur, 4- tahsildar Sadar district Mirzapur.In the report submitted by most respected sir in the following grievance, you advised the applicant to file a suit in the matter to get justice so that land grabbers may leave the land which custodians are above four officers of the Government of Uttar Pradesh.
