Since the beginning applicant is saying that the matter concerns the deep-rooted corruption in the working of Tehsil Lalganj and the applicant is seeking enquiry by a team of honest public staff so that corrupt dealings of the staff of Tehsil may be exposed and the corrupt staff of the Tehsil are again interested to put under carpet this matter of corruption in the name of judicial proceedings which can never be justified and against the spirit of the government to fight against corruption. Whether the sub divisional magistrate Lalganj deems that the applicant is stupid and misleading the applicant with such confusing reports which are not in proper sequence. Sometimes sub divisional magistrate through his tahsildar submits the report that the matter concerns the quasi judicial proceedings sometimes he says that please provide the requisite documents in order to process the inheritance whether concerned tahsildar has been confused or incapable to understand the submissions of the applicant. It must be noted that the opposite party usurped the property of the applicant by colluding with the staff of the Tehsil while the applicant itself was class one heir after the demise of the father and my father was the predeceased son of Shambhu Sharan Mishra during processing of inheritance.

Grievance Description
The matter concerns the working of the sub divisional magistrate Lalganj district Mirzapur.
In the following grievance, tehsildar Lalganj through its Lekhpal submitted the report that Lekh pal is demanding the requisite documents from the aggrieved applicant, but applicant denied providing those documents which is creating the hindrance in pursuing the process of inheritance quite obvious from the report in two pages are attached as the page first and second of pdf document to this grievance ipso facto. Concerned Lekhpal must know that the applicant is a law-abiding citizen, and she will pursue entire dictates of the concerned officers of the tehsil Lalganj in a guidance with the law.
Report submitted by the public authority Department of revenue Tehsil Lalganj under the monitoring of Tehsildar Lal Ganj then he must know that in the earlier report he had sought the requisite documents for the processing of inheritance now they are suggesting the applicant as usual they had already suggested that applicant may seek shelter of the court under a section 34 of the revenue code 2006 which is a mockery of the law. The applicant is asking for inquiry into the matter of corruption and this corruption concerns with the working of the sub divisional magistrate Lalganj district Mirzapur. It is quite obvious that either concerned staff of the Tehsil Lalganj is incompetent to understand the submissions of the applicant or he is deliberately harassing the applicant through such absurd reports being submitted on the Jansunwai portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh. The applicant is class 1 heir of Shambhu Saran Mishra, and her property was usurped by colluding with the staff.
This is a humble request to the most respected sir, please direct the concerned staff of Tehsil Lalganj to adopt Cogent approach in the matter of corruption in which staff of the Tehsil Lalganj are involved.

Nowadays hoaxed calls have exceeded entire limits, which is the Root Cause of utter confusion if someone made calls it is not confirmed that the introduction made by the front person is correct or not, which is the cause of confusion of the applicant.

Grievance Description-It is most unfortunate tahsildar Lalganj district Mirzapur submitted an arbitrary and inconsistent report in the matter of corruption in which staff of the tehsil Lalganj were also indulged deprived applicant who was class 1 heir according to revenue code 2006.
Whether the Revenue court had given them permission for usurping the property of the applicant by the fenders. Whether the offenders claim the property of the applicant if they have not claimed then there is no title dispute between the applicant and them.
The offenders committed cheating by colluding with the staff of the tehsil Lalganj so an inquiry must be ordered to ensure the accountability of the staff of the tehsil Lalganj. This is an error committed deliberately which can be corrected through an enquiry and corrupt people may be punished under the appropriate procedure of the law.
The applicant will make available the required documents to tehsil Lalganj both online through grievance and offline by physically appearing before the concerned staff of the Tehsil Lalganj.

4- The sixth page of the attached PDF document is the scan copy of the revenue record showing non inclusion of applicant from the revenue records While the applicant was class one heir of Shambhu Saran Mishra as being daughter of Deceased son Siakant Mishra. Here it is noticeable that Siakant Mishra had died already.
