Grievance Description
The matter concerns the working of the executive Engineer electricity distribution division second mister Manish Kumar shrivtastav district Mirzapur Uttar Pradesh.
An enquiry under Article 51 A of the constitution of India regarding the payment information made by the consumer in the smart metre. The applicant has made the payment of the electricity bill but the payment is not displaying in the smart electric metre installed in the premises of the applicant. Both payment receipt and smart electric meter are attached to this grievance and most respected sir may take a glance of the attached PDF document.
The right to reason is the indispensable part of the sound administrative system so executive engineer electricity distribution division second Mr Manish Kumar Shrivastava district-Mirzapur must provide the reason of it.
Smart electric meter is displaying the total consumed electricity by the consumer up to date but it is not displaying the total payment made by the consumer up to date showing the cryptic function of the department of electricity which will pave the way of corruption.
It is quite obvious that the payment made by the consumer is not showing but the consumed electricity is increasing per day which is not justified and not representing the transparency and accountability in the functioning of electric metre. The feedback concerning the payment of electricity bill is not being fed online this is the root cause such payments are not displaying in the smart electric metres installed inside the premises of the consumers.
The matter concerns the installation of the smart meter in the premises of the consumers belonging to the Purvanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited, local office district-Mirzapur. Undoubtedly, smart meter is latest technology providing several information including the payment display regarding the electricity bill. Most respected sir, please take a glance of the electricity bill paid by the applicant as the first page of the attachment of the PDF document attached to the grievance.
The payment made by the consumers must sync with the consumption of power by the consumer which will establish transparency and accountability in the functioning of the department and curb the rigging in the practices.

Such trics are planted to increase the back door income so such practices must not be allowed by the government. Since the executives are corrupt political masters so they do not curb such corrupt activities.
ReplyDeleteThe motive to install smart meter is only to facilitate corruption not to increase the facility of the consumers. There is no decrease in line loss even after installation of smart metre which means line loss in the form of theft of electricity is also taking place and public staff are not making efforts to curb it.
