Investigation Report: The Gram Panchayat Secretary conducted a field investigation of the case and informed in the investigation report that on contacting the applicant, the applicant told that plotting has been done near Bhujwa Ki Chowki, plotting has been done, in which the applicant bought land and got a house constructed. Demand was made to construct a sewer on the way of the plotted land. It is not possible to construct a sewer and drainage on the way of the said plotting. The applicant was informed on the spot. Sent for information.Office of Block Development Officer, City-Mirzapur.
Gram Panchayat Secretary Mr. Vijay Pratap who is also the public information officer must provide the following information to the information seeker point wise as follows.
1- The public information officer may provide the estimates of the developmental schemes executed in the village panchayat- Bhujwa Ki Chowki, development block- City, district-Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh in the last 4 years.
2- Public information officer may provide the distribution of government funds in the developmental schemes executed in the village panchayat- Bhujwa Ki Chowki, development block- City, district-Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh in the last 4 years.
3- Public information officer may provide the work booklet of the developmental schemes executed in the village panchayat- Bhujwa Ki Chowki, development block- City, district-Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh in the last 4 years.
4- Public information officer may provide the Description of the release of the government fund for the developmental schemes executed in the village panchayat- Bhujwa Ki Chowki, development block- City, district-Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh in the last 4 years.
5- Public information officer may provide the Wall painting details and the government fund spent on them, of the developmental schemes executed in the village panchayat- Bhujwa Ki Chowki, development block- City, district-Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh in the last 4 years.

It is quite obvious that entire developmental works in the village panchayat- Bhujwa Ki Chowki, development block- City, district-Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh are being carried out on papers only and reports are being prepared at the block level by sitting in the office which is a precarious situation, and such practices must be stopped. It is most unfortunate that not a single wall painting has been done in the village panchayat Bhujwa Ki Chowki concerning developments which means government circular concerning wall painting was not followed to conceal the corruption committed in development.
