Grievance Description

The matter concerns the dereliction of duty of sub divisional magistrate Sadar in presenting the report before most respected executive Engineer electricity distribution division second district Mirzapur, Mr Manish Kumar shrivtastav. It is most unfortunate that sub divisional magistrate Sadar does not know the prescribed format to present the report of sanction of compensation amount before the executive engineer.

Most respected sub divisional magistrate Sadar/ district magistrate Mirzapur, you should know that right to reason is the indispensable part of the sound administrative system and according to the section 4 (1) d of The right to Information act 2005 it shall be obligatory duty of every public authority to provide the reasons of its decision to the parties concerned.

Most respected sir please provide the reason why have you submitted the report of compensation prepared by Lekhpal of the tehsil Sadar on 15th June 2021 in the burning of wheat crop due to short circuit, was forwarded by the revenue inspector on 19th June 2021 to the executive engineer electricity distribution division second Mirzapur in non-prescribed format? Whether it is not reflecting the dereliction of duty of the sub divisional magistrate Sadar and district magistrate quite obvious from the second and third page of the PDF attachment. The report of tahsil Sadar is attached as the first page of the attached PDF document to the grievance.

Please re-examine the report and take action as per the rules so that the faith of the general public in the law and order of the state may remain intact and a situation of anarchy may not be created. That is in our and your interest. Please, any kind of delay in paying compensation is not in the interest of justice. If the applicant has suffered loss due to an electrical accident, which is clear from the report of Tehsil Sadar and the calculation of the loss is also presented before excutive engineer electricity distribution division second Mirzapur Mr Manish Kumar Shrivastava but not admissible because it was not presented in prescribed format according to the circular issued by Uttar Pradesh Power corporation Limited,

Date of burning of wheat crop due to short circuit- 18 April 2021

Date of the report of the concerned lekhpal regarding burning of wheat crop- 15 June 2021.

The report of lekhpal was forwarded by the revenue inspector on 19th June 2021.

Total damages assessed in the report of tehsil Sadar is Rs. 25200.

Total area of the wheat crop field mentioned in the report of tehsil Sadar is 0.4999 hectare.

This report of the tehsil Sadar attached as the first page of the attached PDF document to this representation was submitted by the tahsil Sadar before the executive Engineer electricity distribution division second district Mirzapur during the covid period when common public were not allowed to move on the streets due to protocol issued by the home ministry of the Government of India.

This is a humble request of the applicant to the sub divisional magistrate Sadar that he may take the perusal of the circular issued by the Uttar Pradesh Power corporation Limited and then send the report of sanctioned amount in the service of the most respected executive engineer electricity distribution division second district Mirzapur.

Sir, in the previous complaints, you have been informed that the First Information Report has been registered in the matter by the station house officer Kotwali Vindhyachal district Mirzapur, so your procrastination is not justified in any way. Please, any kind of delay in paying compensation is not in the interest of justice. If the applicant has suffered loss due to an electrical accident, which is clear from the report of Tehsil Sadar and the calculation of the loss is also presented before you, then why the delay in compensating the loss. Sir, the order to compensate the loss is given by the Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited itself, but why are you delaying, you understand the reason better, there is no need for me to say it.
