The matter concerns the mobile numbers- 7379105911, 9005609242 and 9696389653 belonging to Reliance JIO Infocom Limited.

This is a humble request of the applicant to the most respected sir please take a glance of the attached screen shots taken by the applicant after testing the network speed being provided by the Reliance jio infocom private limited company.

Respected staff of the reliance jio infocom private limited if a consumer selects services, then he selects best among all and in the same way your applicant chose your services best' in all. Nowadays frequent breakdown in network services only frustrating the applicant even when the applicant paid 25 percent more tarrif because service providing company made steep hike in tarrif of services.

How can it be justified to increase tarrif of subscription and demotion in quality of services being provided by the reliance jio infocom private limited company?

It seems that Reliance did not increase tariff to improve the quality of services but tariff was increased to compensate the losses which occurred to the company in some other way otherwise there maybe improvement and such breakdown in services does not occur.

The applicant is frustrated on its decision to port the entire mobile numbers to Reliance jio infocom private Limited because when the services of the Reliance jio is down then entire work of the applicant is disrupted.

Undoubtedly the credibility of the Reliance jio is going down but the difficulties being faced by the applicant due to such poor services cannot be compensated by the company.

Since the applicant takes the yearly subscription so in the mid time the applicant cannot port the mobile numbers to the other services. Most respected sir regular presence of the services is one of the essential components of the best services provided by the service providing company.
