Short submissions of the applicant are as follows.
1-Attached PDF file by the public information officers are opening in the browser of the personal computer in corrupt format which is quite obvious from the attached pdf document to this email representation.
2-When the applicant opened the attached pdf file by district development officer on the rti portal then it opened like error pages and there were 58 pages. I printed the error pages and downloaded it which is attached to this email representation. Following two lines has been copied from the attached pdf document opened in the browser for the Perusal of the concerned staff of the rti online portal which is managed by nic.in.

4- Most respected Sir how can it be justified that government of Uttar Pradesh is providing 3rd gate services to the citizens in the state of Uttar Pradesh and here delivery of public services are in dilapidated state.
5- The applicant made the appeal on the RTI portal and in this RTI appeal, it is most unfortunate that registration number of the RTI appeal was not sent on the email of the appellant which is showing the 3rd grade services being provided to information seekers.
