* Description of Information Sought The matter concerns the working of the Tehsildar Sadar, District Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh.
This online rti application is on behalf ofKanhaiya Lal S/O Todai, Address-Bathua, Bathua Road, Near Shitala Mandir, Mirzapur city, District-Mirzapur, PIN Code-231001, Uttar Pradesh to seek information concerning the compliance of the order of the court by Tehsildar Sadar. The information seeker is the authorised representative of the aforementioned addressee quite obvious from the second page of the attached pdf document which is the affidavit of the addressee.
According to U.P. revenue Code section 32-Where during the course of inquiry under rule 30, the Revenue Inspector finds that the claim regarding succession is disputed or where such claim is based on any will, then after ascertaining the nature of such dispute or the facts relating to the execution of such will, the Revenue Inspector shall submit his report.
Section 38 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code of 2006 allows for the correction of errors or omissions in revenue records. However, this section does not allow for the resolution of disputes involving questions of title.
According to the first page of the attached pdf document to this online rti application the aggrieved applicant Mr Kanhaiya Lal submitted the representation under section 32 and 38 of the revenue court 2006 to correct the revenue record in which name of his father is missing.
This information dated 7th September 2024 categorically states that the aggrieved Kanhaiya Lal submitted prayer on 17th March 2023 and order to seek report from Tehsildar Sadar was issued on 18th march 2023.
Public information officer/Tehsildar Sadar District Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh must provide the following information point wise as follows.
1- Public information officer must provide the action taken by Tasildar Sadar to comply with the order issued by the competent court.
2- Most respected Sir one and half years already passed, please provide the total time taken by Tehsildar Sadar in compliance with the order of the court.
3- Most respected sir, please provide the name and designation with posting details of the staff of Tehsil Sadar through which desk this order of the competent court passed.
4- Please provide a copy of the report to the information seeker when it is submitted before the concerned court in compliance with the order.
5- Please provide the name and designation with posting details of Lekhpal and the concerned revenue inspector who committed the forgery of deleting the name of father/Todai from the revenue record concerned.
