When the complaint is made by the applicant then matter is reserved for a few days thereafter the same practices are continued which is quite obvious from the attached screenshot to the grievance. When a temporary outage will be resolved by the team of experts of the jio company? The staff of the company provided the same parrot report in the following grievance also.
I have recharged mobile number 9696389653 in advance for 1 year which services will initiate from the 7th September 2024 but because of poor network coverage I have been bored with the network of the jio so I want to get my mobile number ported Bharat sanchar Nigam limited if service providing company jio may refund my subscription fee paid in advance.

Matter concerns the poor network of the service providing company jio infocom private limited.
Respected staff of the service providing company you should take the perusal of the attached screen shots taken by the applicant during such time which are showing the poor network of the jio service providing company.
The applicant has made certain complaints regarding the poor network services of the jio service providing company during the evening time earlier and at that time staff of the company assured the applicant that this is a temporary outage which will be resolved soon

We do not know when your site will go down and when your site will up is a matter of concern because we face difficulty unexpectedly. This site up and down also occurs with Bharat sanchar Nigam limited but we do not expect from you because you are charging more than two times tariff in comparison to Bharat sanchar Nigam limited. Undoubtedly your services are better than Bharat sanchar Nigam limited but break down during the evening time from 6 o'clock to 10 o'clock or more is very much humiliating. You must tell the subscribers about the time that such and such time our server will remain down and there will be temporary outage for certain interval so that we should manage the problems and during this time we will not use your services. Your outage are casual that is why we face difficulty during first time and this outage irritate us extremely resulting in the form of grievance on the public grievance portal of the Government of India. We want pre information regarding outages.
