The appellant is seeking the following five points from the public information officer Manish Kumar Srivastava whose designation is executive engineer electricity distribution division 2nd Mirzapur currently.
1- Public information officer must provide the number of consumers whose electricity dues are greater than Rs.11932 in village panchayat Nibi Gaharwar, district Mirzapur.
2- Public information officer must provide the number of consumers whose electricity dues are greater than Rs.11932 in village panchayat Nibi Gaharwar, district Mirzapur have been issued notice to pay the electricity bill.
3- Public information officer must provide the number of consumers whose electricity dues are greater than Rs.11932 in village panchayat Nibi Gaharwar, district Mirzapur whose electricity connection has been disconnected by junior engineer and sub divisional officer Chhanbey.
4- Public information officer must provide the name and posting details of junior engineer and sub divisional officer development block Chhanbey, district- Mirzapur including the date when they joined Mirzapur District.
5- Public information officer must provide the duration of time to restore the connection of the Aditya Narayan Dubey whose details are as aforementioned.
This is a humble request of the appellant to the most respected Sir to direct the public information officer to provide these five points of information to the appellant as well as take disciplinary actions against the public information officer for violating the provisions of right to information act 2005.
