These 5 aggrieved applicants mentioned their name address and mobile numbers in their representation.
Short submissions of the representation submitted by these poor applicants are as follows.
1-The bank passbook of the applicants is under the possession of the assistant Nishu Sonkar illegally which must be available to them so please arrange through proper mechanism so that they may get the possession of their bank passbook.
2-Please order an enquiry regarding the demand of Rs.3500 by the assistant Nishu Sonkar in order to provide the stipend Rs.7500 to the applicants.
3- This handicraft training camp was organised in the year 2018 on behalf of Nagar Nigam Bhelupur zone and in this camp 30 people participated.
4- During the resumption of this camp assistant Nishu Sonkar had assured all candidates will be provided Rs.7500 as stipend and for this purpose bank accounts were opened in the name of candidates. These Bank passbooks were kept under the possession of assistant Nishu Sonkar.
5- Assistant Nishu Sonkar called on all 30 candidates on their mobile numbers to attend the office and when candidates came to the office she demanded Rs.3500 in order to provide the passbooks so that applicants may get their stipend Rs.7500.
Please take appropriate action in the matter so that this vulnerable section of the society may get justice and it is an obligatory duty of the concerned accountable staff of the government. If the government is providing Rs.7500 as stipend to the training candidates then it must be provided to them in a transparent and accountable manner instead of cryptic dealings like illegal demand of Rs.3500.

Undoubtedly the matter concerns the corruption in the working of the public authority and from the report it is quite obvious that they did not take the perusal of the attached documents as well as submissions of the grievance and submitted an arbitrary report in the matter which is a mockery of the provisions of law of land. To say that there is good governance in the state of Uttar Pradesh is an easy task but in reality to provide good governance which may be corruption free is very much difficult task which is quite obvious from the submitted bogus report of the public authority. How cunningly concerned staff concealed the serious allegations of corruption submitted by the aggraved people in their representations. It seems that either the concerned staff are incompetent or deliberately trying to overlook the matter of serious allegations of corruption in the government scheme which is sponsored by the prime minister of this country. It is real face of skill development in state.
