Grievance Description
The matter concerns the stray animals inside the Barrister Hazrat Imam Yusuf hospital also known as the divisional hospital Mirzapur.
Most respected sir, I have attached a photograph with this grievance showing the picture of a cow and a dog on the side of the stairs of the divisional hospital Mirzapur.
On the one side of a screen our political masters are talking of clean India and for it they have launched a cleanly drive mission and huge funds flown into this scheme of the government but where is the cleanly drive mission if there is cow and dogs inside the divisional hospital.
It is quite obvious that the stray animals are wandering on the streets of Mirzapur City and blocking the roads, creating traffic problems to the public and now they are entering at the public places like hospitals where clean and sanitation is given top most priority.
Whether it is not reflecting the mismanagement in the working of the chief medical surgeon of the divisional hospital Mirzapur and also reflecting the laxity in the duty causing such mismanagement which must not happen in a hospital.
According to the bill sticking on the wall of the hospital if someone spits by eating gutkha then he will be penalized with a pecuniary penalty of Rs.200. It reflects the spirit of clean and sanitation in the divisional hospital Mirzapur.
How can stray animals be allowed near the emergency of the divisional hospital Mirzapur which is quite obvious from the photographs taken near the ladders close to the X-ray test centre at the ground floor? What is the guarantee that these stray animals will not discharge excretions in the hospital?
I know well that you are an expert to submit the report on the jansunwai portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh so there is no need to wait for your report but I am only performing my own duty to tell the truth and actual position.

Rating Remarks
Chief medical superintendent of Hazrat Yusuf Imam hospital district Mirzapur must know that the applicant is talking about stray animals not wondering about in the premises of the divisional hospital but talking about stray animals inside the divisional hospital. Both the stray animals were seated in side of emergency room of the hospital. It is reflecting the miss management in the working of the chief medical superintendent district Mirzapur which must be taken into account but it seems that ball is being thrown into the court of chief veterinary officer Mirzapur. The selection of sentences and words are showing that report of the public authority is escaping from acountability which is not healthy reflection for the government. If the grievances are redressed with such carelessness then where is the good governance in the Government of Uttar Pradesh as claimed by our political masters on the public fora. Good governance must be visible in the working of public authority but not so.
