The matter concerns the no network of Bharat Sanchar Nigam limited in Mirzapur City quite obviously from the attached photographs to the grievance.

The mobile number of the applicant is 9336252631 and the service providing company is Bharat Sanchar Nigam limited.

It is not noticeable that the network of the Bharat Sanchar Nigam limited does not disrupt for few hours but it is disrupted for many days which is quite obvious from the absence of network of the Bharat Sanchar Nigam limited for few days.

It is quite explicit that Bharat Sanchar Nigam limited is a public sector undertaking and its monitoring is done by the government of India and an efficient administrator in the form of our prime minister has occupied the chair of the controller of this democracy and in his gene, there are commercial and trade activities.

Think about the gravity of the situation if the network of the Bharat Sanchar Nigam limited will be disrupted for many days then what decision would be taken by the consumers regarding the services of the BSNL?

Undoubtedly to keep the tariff lowest maybe one of the factors to lure the consumers but there are so many factors which are also essential for excellent services provided to the consumers and Bharat Sanchar Nigam limited is not providing those services.

Whether it is not reflecting the insensitivity of the concerned staff to the interest of the customers of the department. How the interest of consumers may be safeguarded by disrupting the services sine die.

Undoubtedly it cannot be good governance if people are suffering on the large scale because of the mismanagement in governance. If there will be no loyalty of the public staff to their duties then such problems will persist in their departments because they do not want to perform their duties efficiently.

It is most unfortunate that concerned staff submitted the falls report on the public grievance portal which is quiet obvious from the fact that there is no 3G network in the area and when the device is connected to the network then this 2G network disappears and when this network is connected to the lap top it is showing that there is no network. I think that there is no benefit for the concerned staff if he is submitting such false report on the public grievance portal because the applicant will submit the grievance against such false report unless the 3G network is restored by the concerned public authority.

It is most unfortunate that concerned staff submitted the falls report on the public grievance portal which is quiet obvious from the fact that there is no 3G network in the area and when the device is connected to the network then this 2G network disappears and when this network is connected to the lap top it is showing that there is no network. I think that there is no benefit for the concerned staff if he is submitting such false report on the public grievance portal because the applicant will submit the grievance against such false report unless the 3G network is restored by the concerned public authority. This is humble request of the applicant to the most respected sir please send grievance again to the same public staff to fix the issue of the 3G network in the area because 3G network is not available to the consumers so network surfing is not possible to the consumers. I think that if there is good governance in the country why the concern staff is submitting the false report on the public grievance portal of the Government of India?
