* Prayer or Relief Sought From the following status of the submitted RTI application, it is quite obvious that the appellant submitted the online rti application on 21st July 2024 which was forwarded to the concerned public information officer on 22nd July 2024 by the nodal officer and it is 9th September 2024 which means one month 19 days passed, but it is most unfortunate that concerned public information officer did not entertain the submitted RTI application of the appellant which is violation of subsection 1 of section 7 of the right to information act 2005 which must be taken into account by concerned first appellate authority.

The appellant sought the following five points of information from the public information officer as follows.
1- Provide the name and designation of the staff of Tehsil Lalganj who processed inheritance from grandfather to the inheritors and date when it was enforced.
2- Provide the name and posting details of the Lekhpal who was posted at that time and played a vital role in processing of inheritance and his current posting details, if retired provide the retirement details.
3- Provide the name and posting details of the Revenue inspector who was posted at that time and played a vital role in processing of inheritance and his current posting details, if retired provide the retirement details.
4- Provide the name and posting details of the Tehsildar who was posted at that time and played a vital role in processing of inheritance and his current posting details, if retired provide the retirement details.
5- Right to reason is an indispensable part of a sound administrative system so provide the reason for excluding the name of the applicant who was the class-1 heir from the list of inheritors during the processing of the inheritance.
Most respected sir right to information act 2005 was introduced by government of India to promote transparency and accountability in the working of the public authorities so that growing corruption in the government machinery must be carbed but such a reluctant approach of the accountable staff of the government in compliance of the provisions of right to information act will only promote corruption and lawlessness in public departments.
This is a humble request of the appellant to the most respected sir,, please direct the public information officer in Tehsil Lalganj to provide the 5 points information to the appellant and initiate disciplinary proceedings against the public information officer for violating the provision subsection 1 of section 7 of the right to information act 2005.
