प्रकरण का संबंध लेखपाल सदर तहसील जनपद मिर्जापुर से है जिन्होंने भ्रष्टाचार के कारण प्रार्थी के आवेदन को मनमाने तरीके से रिजेक्ट कर दिया जबकि ऑनलाइन के साथ आवेदन की हार्ड कॉपी विभाग को दिया गया है जो की पूर्ण रूप से पठनीय है

आई०जी०आर०एस० पोर्टल पर संदर्भ संख्या- 60000240020006ए 600002400021467 द्वारा शिकायत की गयी है कि पी०एम० किसान योजना का लाभ नहीं मिल रहा है।
उक्त के सम्बन्ध में अवगत कराना है कि आप द्वारा उपलबध कराये गये आधार से आपका डाटा पी०एम० किसान पर चेक करने रिजेक्ट बाई सब डिस्ट्रिक्ट शो कर रहा है। अतः आप अपने खतौनी को तहसील पी०एम० किसान पोर्टल पर अंकित कराकर अप्रूव करायें, जिससे इस स्तर से अग्रिम कार्यवाही की जा सके।

The matter concerns the working of the sub divisional magistrates Sadar, district-Mirzapur whose subordinates are procrastinating on the Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi application of Arun Pratap Singh on the flimsy ground.
It is to be informed that concerned lekhpal nevar met the applicant and never made enquiry regarding the application of the applicant for the prime minister Kisan Samman Nidhi as far as my knowledge is concerned, concerned lekhpal never does the verification of the candidates who apply for prime minister Kisan Samman Nidhi besides of it, he only thinks about the convenience money provided by the bogus applicants and thereafter he used to approve their bogus applications which is the root cause there are several bogus beneficiaries in the village panchayat which must be verified by a team especially appointed by the district administration to check the anomalies in prime minister Kisan Samman Nidhi provided by the government but not reaching to the needy.

It is quite obvious that lekhpal Divyanshu Srivastava is submitting arbitrary and inconsistent parrot report in the matter which is quite obvious from the repeated same report. Two weeks ago an audio of lekhpal Divyanshu Srivastava became viral in which he was demanding bribe /embezzlement directly from the aggrieved person in order to provide the favour which can never be justified. From the viral audio it is quite obvious that he does not do any work without taking bribe so from such lekhpal how can it be expected that he will submit report without taking bribe in Yogi government. In the local media it was widely reported that sub divisional magistrate Sadar Asaram Verma suspended the lekhpal Divyanshu Srivastava because of such activities. Our chief minister Yogi Adityanath claims to provide corruption free governors but in his government public staff openly asking for bribe which is obvious from the audio and it is most regretting thing that no action taken by competent authority.
