Regarding cancellation of dismissal order passed by Superintendent of Police Sidhudurg dated 08/06/2020 and joining Government service.
sir,
Mr. Mahesh Uttam Hulgunde Res. Samnani Lay Out, Vadgaon Road Yavatmal, was posted in Sindhudurg Police Force in the year 2017 as Police Constable (B.No.349) on Compassionate basis, on 03/07/2017 at Police Training Center Tasgaon Distt. Sent to Sangli for training. Meanwhile on 17/07/2017 his sister passed away unfortunately. He was dismissed from service on 08/06/2020 by the Superintendent of Police Sindhudurg due to all the factors such as his father's suicide followed by his sister's untimely death, he was absent for 398 days due to financial difficulties after completing 05 months of police training and was unable to complete the training period.
Against the said dismissal order, he submitted his first appeal to the Special Inspector General of Police, Konkan Zone, Navi Mumbai and the second appeal to the Director General of Police, Maharashtra State, Mumbai, but his appeal was rejected because he has filed an appeal to the Govt.
However, Sir. In the appeal case filed by Mahesh Uttam Hulgunde Police Constable (B.No.349), it is requested to consider all the above factors and give a just decision to him.

On 03/07/2017, he was transferred to Police Training Center Tasgaon Distt. Sent to Sangli for training. Meanwhile, his sister Durdevi passed away on 17/07/2017. He was dismissed from service by Superintendent of Police Sindhudurg on 08/06/2020 due to all the factors like father's suicide followed by sister's untimely death, he was absent for 398 days due to family problems after completing 05 months of police training and could not complete the training period.
Against the said dismissal order, he submitted his first appeal to the Special Inspector General of Police, Konkan Zone, Navi Mumbai and the second appeal to the Director General of Police, Maharashtra State, Mumbai, but his appeal was rejected because he has filed an appeal to the Govt.
However, Sir In the appeal case filed by Mahesh Uttam Hulgunde Police Constable (B.No.349) it is requested to take into account all the above aspects and give a just decision to him.
